The Burmese American Professionals Society (BAPS) is an organization composed of scientists, engineers, professionals, technologists, professors, technicians, and students from Burma. The BAPS organizes events and activities to foster professional and social cooperation among its members. Web master is Daniel Maung, Son of Saya Mao Toon Siong. Maurice Chee (Mech 75) is the current President, Saya U Nyo Win and Ko Benny Tan are the past Presidents. EC Members (who are also RIT alumni) include Saya Allen Htay, Ko Thein Aung (James K. Wu), K C Chui, Ko Tin Myint (John Lee), Charlie Tseng, Diana Tseng, George Chan and Anthony Ng. |
